Well, for about 75% of this book, I'm wondering why this girl isn't hightailing it out of that cabin. Liam was an ass. On the one hand, I understand him being an ass... he was dealt some pretty crappy cards in life... but damn he could be cruel! I'm glad ultimately everything worked out and there was a great HEA, but she definitely had way more patience than I think most people would have with someone who acted like he did. But I suppose that was partially because she was so enamored with him and/or his work before she actually met him. Plus, they had that unique common thread. And they definitely had chemistry!
