Sweet, but I dunno
Another freebie for the freebie challenge. This one was sweet. It's nice when a celebrity can bounce back from rock bottom and be good again. In this case, Matt was a rock star but lost it all due to addiction. Now he's back with his own label, producing his old band's album. V is a talented saxophone player who hasn't ever really done anything with her talent. She's playing in her uncle's club when Matt hears her and decides she needs to be on one of the songs on the album. And when he sees her, he knows she needs to also be in his bed. Their chemistry was sweet. I didn't like her ex, and I didn't really think the stage fright angle was all that interesting. But the love story and her reaching for success was nice.
