When a short freebie can bring tears to my eyes, I'd say that's a successful story. At first, I was confused about who was who. Not within the foursome that the story focused on, but the extra characters. I read [b:Three for Me?|6691860|Three for Me?|R.G. Alexander|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1328104081s/6691860.jpg|6887312], but didn't remember enough about it to recall the players. Or to know who Connie was to the four of them. But ultimately, when the focus was on the four main characters, the story picked up. It was sexy, sure, but I also liked the back-story of the foster brothers, the one who was no longer with them, Georgia's grandfather and how he influenced her career, and ultimately the surprising connection between the four (five?) of them. Besides the sexiness, it was a really sweet story, too.
