Isabel has her life in order. Completely. So she's completely unprepared when it all falls apart. She escapes to Tuscany to try to get things back in order, but she's thrown for a loop when Lorenzo Gage first pretends to be someone else (she thinks he's a gigolo) and then is ultimately her landlord. I thought their building relationship was sweet. I thought it was cute that Ren wanted to spend time with Isabel. And that she found herself drawn to him. I loved that they sort of learned from each other -- she learned to deal with chaos, he learned he wasn't always a villain. Nice story of two people sort of earning redemption from total opposite ends of the spectrum and finding unexpected love in the midst.
