I really enjoyed this story. Two people, never intending to get married for their own reasons... of course they're going to fall madly in love. I get why Maddie felt like she had to keep her true identity a secret from Mick and the rest of the town, but I kinda don't get why Mick got so mad when she revealed herself. He told her everything out of her mouth was a lie, but most of the lies were intended to keep her identity a secret and it was something she fought with herself over time and again. Granted, he couldn't have known that. I really liked how it ended up. This was my first of the series... I have #4 from Audible, but I'm going to have to buy #1 and #2. This was my first of the author as well, and I enjoyed her writing style.
