The Perfect Play - Jaci Burton I got so tired of Tara's constant willingness to just end things. It got old. Sometimes she had sort of cause, but if she'd just step back instead of making a rash decision, she'd realize she'd blown something out of proportion yet AGAIN. But Mick was so great. LOVED Mick. I loved how he pursued Tara. I loved how he wouldn't give up just because her mouth said to back off. And I also loved how he pushed back on his agent for Tara's benefit. And I guess his own. The football analogies got a little old, too, but generally the story was great, the sex was great, and it all worked out into an HEA which makes me happy. I also really enjoyed the little sneak peak into the next one.
