The Doctor's Call - Shara Bloodstone I guess I expected more steam. And maybe I expected it to be longer, though I know Amber Quill shows me how many words are in each story. This one felt too short. A lot of build-up about the kind of people the main character was hanging around (she just moved to Sarasota, FL), then a relatively short smexy scene (the only such scene) in the doctor's office, then a brief/uninteresting/totally not needed run-in with the wife. And then that's the end. I would have preferred at least one more interlude with the doctor, preferably outside his office. Maybe some unexpected, unplanned, super hot, almost-get-caught thing. But no.
